Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
To make crumble topping, combine flour, sugars, apple pie spice, and salt. Then use a fork or pastry cutter to cut the cold butter cubes into flour mixture until it appears crumbly and most of butter is evenly combined. Set aside.
Step 3
To make filling, melt butter in the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ 3-quart Sauté Pan or Fry Panover medium heat, then add apples to pan.
Step 4
Stir in brown sugar and salt and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, thoroughly mix flour, bourbon, and lemon juice together to make a slurry.Pour slurry over the apples and stir until they’re evenly coated.

Remove pan from heat, then sprinkle topping evenly over apples.

Place pan in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until mixture is bubbling and apples are tender.
