Dragon Fruit Sorbet
Dragon fruit can be found in most Asian markets. It’s sweet, low in calories, and packed with essential vitamins and minerals.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 3 cups chopped pink dragon fruit
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1 lime (2 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons water
Utensils
- Blender

Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high for 1 minute or until combined. Add more water, if necessary, to get a smooth consistency.

Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CREAMi Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

When processing is complete, remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
