Step 1
On a cutting board, divide container of cookie dough into 4 even pieces (4, 2-oz pieces).
Step 2
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add one portion of the cookie dough, sugar, and half of the heavy cream, microwave for 30 seconds and whisk together until smooth.
Step 3
Slowly mix in the remaining heavy cream and milk until fully combined and sugar is dissolved.
Step 4
Strain base through a fine-mesh strainer into an empty CREAMi™ pint.Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Step 5
Chop 1portion of cookie dough into ¼-inch pieces and place in a container and in freezer.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 350F, roll the two remaining cookie dough portions into balls and slightly flatten each. Place both on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake until lightly browned around edges (about 12-15 minutes). Allow to cool.
Step 7
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Step 8
Select ICE CREAM.
Step 9
With a spoon, create a 1 ½-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. During this process, it is okay for your treat to press above the MAX FILL line. Add thefrozen pieces of cookie dough to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program.
Step 10
When processing is complete, scoop desired amount of ice cream onto a bakedcookie, sandwich with the other cookie and serve immediately.
