Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired

  • Step 1

    Place Crisper Tray in the Combi Cooker Pan and set aside.

  • Step 2

    Close door and flip the SmartSwitch™ to AIR FRY/STOVETOP.

  • Step 3

    Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 390F and set time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin preheating (unit will preheat for 5 minutes).

  • Step 4

    While the unit is preheating, place 1/2 cup Parmesan and all remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss until evenly combined. Transfer ingredients onto the crisper tray

  • Step 5

    When 15 minutes remain on the timer, open door and slide the pan into Level 1. Close the door to continue cooking.

  • Step 6

    When 8 minutes remain, open door and toss Brussels sprouts for 30 seconds. Close door to continue cooking.

  • Step 7

    When cooking is complete, remove the pan and toss Brussels with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan. Serve warm.
