Cranberry Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

TIP: We highly recommend that you wear gloves when cutting the jalapenos.

Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 6–8 jalapenos, cut in half lengthwise, seeds removed
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

  • Step 1

    In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, salt, and pepper and mix until fully combined.

  • Step 2

    Scoop the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeno halve, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  • Step 3

    Remove Air Fry Basket from oven. Install SearPlate in the bottom level of the unit, then close the door. Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 375°F, and set time to 7 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating.

  • Step 4

    While unit is preheating, arrange the jalapenos in the Air Fry Basket, making sure they are not crowding each other. When unit has preheated, open the door and slide the basket into the top rails. Close the door to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, carefully remove the basket from the oven and serve.
