  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 chipotle in adobo sauce
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 1 cup Canola oil


  • Step 1

    Install the blade assembly in the 34-ounce Pitcher.

  • Step 2

    Place all ingredients except oil in the pitcher in the order listed. Install lid on pitcher, then install pitcher on motor base.

  • Step 3

    Select SPREAD and slowly drizzle oil in through the drizzle hole of the lid.

  • Step 4

    Remove lid from pitcher after blending. Transfer mayonnaise to an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
