This chilled sweetened Italian coffee shaken with amaretto is a tasty and fun coffee treat.

NOTE: PREFER MORE SIPPABLE? If you prefer a thinner creamiccino after processing, simply add 2-4 additional tablespoons of your desired pour-in, then select RE-SPIN.

For Freezing

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups warm strong coffee

For Processing

  • Pour-in: 1/3 cup amaretto, 1/3 cup cold brew

    Place the sugar into an empty CREAMi® Deluxe Pint. Pour the warm coffee up to the DRINKABLE FILL line and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

  • Step 2

    Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint. Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select CREAMICCINO.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, transfer the frozen Caffe to a glass and serve immediately. Best with biscotti.
