- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds / .9kg), halved crosswise

- Grill Grate

Step 1
Insert the Grill Grate and close the hood. Select GRILL, set the temperature to HI, and set the time to 10 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the butter and avocado oil. Lightly coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the butter-and-oil mixture, and then season both sides with the spice mix to get a nice coating.

When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, open the hood and place the seasoned chicken on the Grill Grate. Close the hood and grill for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the hood and flip the chicken. Close the hood and cook for 5 minutes more.

When cooking is complete, remove the chicken from the grill and serve.
