Berry Crisp
There is nothing like a sweet berry crisp in the summer with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. This berry crisp is full of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries, topped with a buttery and delicious oat crisp topping. The woodfire flavor makes this dessert unique and perfect for your next group cookout!

- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled, quartered
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Crumble
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, melted
Topping (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream, as desired
Utensils
- 2 Large Bowls
- 11" x 7" Baking Dish

Step 1
In a large bowl, gently toss all ingredients except crumble ingredients. Then transfer mixture to an 11″x7″ glass baking dish.

To prepare the crumble, place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined. The mixture should be crumbly but stick together when squeezed. Evenly cover the berry mixture with the crumble topping.

To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place, then close the hood.

While holding the smoke box lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smoke box until filled to the top. Then close the smoke box lid.

Turn dial to BAKE, set the temperature to 325°F, and set time to 45 minutes. Press WOODFIRE FLAVOR. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 8–10 minutes).

When unit beeps to signify it has preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open hood and place baking dish on grill grate. Close hood to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, open hood and remove baking dish from grill. Let crisp cool for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving with ice cream as desired.
