TIP: Cookie butter is a sandwich spread inspired by Speculoos Cookies. Look for it at big-box retailers and Trader Joe’s.

- 8 slices white sandwich bread or brioche
- 2/3 cup Real California cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2/3 cup cookie butter
- 4 tablespoons Real California butter
- Powdered sugar, for serving
- Caramel sauce, for serving

Step 1
Arrange bread on a work surface. Spread 4 slices with cream cheese and top with bananas. Spread remaining 4 slices with cookie butter and arrange on top of bananas, cookie butter side down.

Heat Ninja 10-Inch Frying Pan on medium for 1 minute. Add 2 tablespoons butter. After butter melts, add 2 sandwiches and cook until golden brown, 1–3 minutes per side. Wipe out skillet and repeat with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 2 sandwiches.

Cut sandwiches in half or into sticks or squares, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with caramel sauce.
