Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 ½ cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • Step 1

    Pour all ingredients into the CREAMi pint, stir until sugar is fully dissolved.

  • Step 2

    Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove CREAMI Pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer Paddle into outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select SORBET.

    TIP: It is important to check the temperature of your base; for best results ensure that your base is between 9F and -7F before processing.

  • Step 5

    Once processing is complete, remove mixture from the bowl, and serve immediately with desired toppings.

    TIP: If your freezer is too cold, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RESPIN to process the mixture a little more.
