Sophie Cullen is a baker, recipe developer, and food photographer originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended culinary school in Sonoma County for a certificate in Baking & Pastry and worked as a professional baker for over a decade. Recently she received a Masters degree in Food Studies from Chatham University, with her thesis focusing recipe development through cookbooks. Her specialties include sourdough bread, fermentation and vegetarian savory dishes. When she's not in the kitchen, she's cuddling up with a cup of tea, her husband and their two cats, Jonah and Rye.
