Grilled Pork Chops

Make these easy grilled pork chops for dinner tonight! Serve these with some grilled veggies and potatoes.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 6-8 boneless pork chops (6-8 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • kosher salt, as desired
  • ground black pepper, as desired
  • Step 1

    To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place.

  • Step 2

    Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-12 minutes). Depending on the size of the pork chops and desired doneness, more or less time may be needed during the cooking cycle. Use the arrows to the right to add or reduce time as necessary.

  • Step 3

    While the unit is preheating, season the pork chops on all sides with the oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 4

    When unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and place the pork chops on the grill. Close the hood to being cooking.

  • Step 5

    When FLIP is displayed, open the hood, flip the chops, then close the hood to continue cooking.

  • Step 6

    When cooking is complete, remove chops from grill and serve.
