LEVEL 1 (BOTTOM OF POT)
- 1 cup water
LEVEL 2 (BOTTOM LAYER OF RACK)
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- Kosher salt, as desired
LEVEL 3 (TOP LAYER OF RACK)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated or paste
- 1 clove garlic, cloved, grated or paste
- 1 package (14-16 ounces) firm tofu, pressed, cut in 4 slices
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 small sweet potato, cut in 1/4-inch wedges
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt, as desired

- Sesame seeds

Step 1
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, pepper, ginger, and garlic. Place the tofu in a container, then pour the marinade over the tofu. Place the tofu in the refrigerator and marinate for 15 minutes.

While the tofu marinades, place the broccolini in a large bowl and toss with sesame oil, salt, and pepper and wrap in foil. Set aside.

Place the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Place 1 cup of water in bottom of the pot.

Place the broccolini foil pack on the Deluxe Reversible Rack. Place the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot over the water.

Slide the Deluxe Layer through the lower layer’s handles, then spray with nonstick spray. Place the tofu and sweet potatoes on the Deluxe Layer.

Close the lid and move slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 375°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 20 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

When cooking is complete, carefully remove the entire rack.

Serve tofu with broccolini and sweet potato wedges. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
