Dairy-Free Ginger Snap Ice Cream

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (either dark or light)
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  • Small Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Step 1

    In a small saucepan, add all ingredients and whisk until combined.

  • Step 2

    Place saucepan on stove over medium heat and cook 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

  • Step 3

    Remove base from heat and pour into an CREAMi™ Pint. Place pint into an ice bath. Once cooled, place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select ICE CREAM.

  • Step 6

    When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
