Piña Colada Sorbet
TIP: The pineapple makes this sweet sorbet recipe even sweeter; for different levels of sweetness use different fruits such as mango. For the same output, be sure to use 1 ½ cups fruit.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 3/4 cup pina colada mix
- 1/4 cup rum
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

Step 1
In a blender pitcher, add all ingredients and blend until smooth, about 60 seconds.

Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select SORBET.

When processing is complete, remove the sorbet and serve immediately.
