- 2 pounds red bliss potatoes, diced
- 3 ears corn, cut crosswise into thirds
- 14 ounces smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups water
- 2 1/2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 1 lb (21-30 count) medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Step 1
Place the potatoes, corn, sausage, water, and creole seasoning into the pot and stir. Assemble pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position.

select PRESSURE and set to HI. Set time to 5 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

When pressure cooking is complete, quick release the pressure by turning the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finish releasing pressure.

Stir in the shrimp.

Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and set to MD:LO. Simmer for about 5 minutes, until the shrimp is cooked through.
