Who doesn’t love fried pickles? They are a decadent, guilty pleasure kind of snack that goes so well dipped in a creamy sauce.

TIP: serve these fried pickles with your favorite dipping sauce or dressing. Spicy ranch or creamy blue cheese works great, but you can also make your own dipping sauce by combining ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon horseradish, 2 teaspoon ketchup, and ¼ teaspoon Cajun seasoning.
