Step 1
Place pasta in Ninja 10” Fry Pan and add water until the pasta is just covered. Bring up to a rolling boil on medium-high heat.
-
Step 2
Cook pasta until 80% of the water has been absorbed, about 15-20 minutes. Stir frequently.
-
Step 3
Make a small well in the middle of the pan and place 2 tablespoons of butter. When butter is melted, add flour and whisk until combined.
-
Step 4
While whisking, slowly add the milk to the pasta. Once all milk is added in, whisk in cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, ¾ cup cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
-
Step 5
Using rubber spatula, mix well to coat pasta in sauce. Remove from heat.
-
Step 6
Sprinkle ¼ cup cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese over pasta. In a bowl, combine remaining tablespoon of butter and bread crumbs until butter is evenly distributed. Sprinkle over top cheese.
-
Step 7
Turn oven on to Broil High, and broil pasta for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve from pan.
