Cheesy Stuffed Jalapeños

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, divided
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack, divided
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 6 jalapeños, halved lengthwise, seeded, divided
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

Step 1
Add cream cheese to a medium bowl and microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Add ¾ cup sharp cheddar, ¾ cup Monterey jack, hot sauce, garlic powder, and pepper to cream cheese, and mix to combine.

Evenly distribute cream cheese mixture amongst jalapeños.

Place crisper plate in the 2.5-quart container, then place stuffed jalapeños on crisper tray (some overlapping is okay).

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter.

Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time for 8 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

When 2 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and top jalapeños with panko and remaining cheese. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking.

When cooking is complete, allow stuffed jalapeños to cool for several minutes. Serve warm.
