Beef Lo Mein
TIP: To make your own marinade for the beef, whisk in a bowl 1 tablespoon each sesame oil, minced garlic and minced ginger, 2 tablespoons each of granulated sugar and cornstarch along with 1 cup soy sauce and let marinate with the beef for at least 30 minutes.
TIP: To make using dry lo mein noodles, in place of frozen noodles and 1 cup water, use 2 packages dry lo mein (10 ounces each) with 4 cups water.

Level 1 (Possible Pan)
- 2 packages (1-pound each) frozen par cooked lo mein noodles
- 1 cup water
- 1 bag (16-ounces) frozen Asian style vegetables
- 1 bottle (14-ounces) stir fry sauce
Level 2 (Bake Tray)
- 2-pounds beef sirloin, stir fry style or cut into 1/4-inch thick strips
- 1 cup prepared teriyaki or sesame ginger sauce/marinade

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the beef with sauce/marinade. Set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Place noodles and water into the Possible Pan, then slide the pan into Level 1.

Slide the empty bake tray into Level 2.

Step 4
Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 7 minutes).

When 9 minutes remain on the cook time, open the door, remove the Possible pan and add the frozen vegetables and stir fry sauce to the noodles. Toss gently to combine then place Possible Pan back into Level 1. Remove the Bake Tray and spread the marinated beef evenly on the tray. Place tray back into Level 2. Close door to continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Place beef with noodles and toss to combine.
