Level 2 (Bake Tray)

  • 2 pounds flank steak (about 1 1/2-inches thick)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 small red onion, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1/2 large red pepper, seeded, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 box (16-ounces) orzo pasta
  • 4 1/4 cups chicken stock
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 container (6-ounces) crumbled feta
  • 1 can (4.4-ounces) sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup cucumber, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
  • Zest and juice of one lemon
  • Step 1

    Place all Level 2 ingredients in a large resealable bag, massage marinade onto steak and place into fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Slide the Combi Cooker Pan into Level 1. With the door open, flip the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY/STOVETOP. Select SEAR/SAUTE and set temperature to HI. Press START/STOP and let pan preheat in unit for 2 minutes.

  • Step 3

    After 2 minutes, add olive oil, red onion, and red pepper to the pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until peppers and onions are softened and slightly browned, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4

    Press START/STOP to turn off unit. Remove the Combi Cooker Pan and place on a heat proof surface. Add the orzo, chicken stock, and salt to the Combi Cooker Pan, stir to combine, and slide back into the Level 1.

  • Step 5

    Place steak onto bake tray, pouring any remaining marinade on top. Slide into Level 2.

  • Step 6

    Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 450°F and set time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 6 minutes).

  • Step 7

    When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Stir 2 tablespoon of olive oil into the orzo and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Allow steak to rest for 10 minutes.

  • Step 8

    After 10 minutes, stir in the remaining Level 1 ingredients into the Combi Cooker Pan. Slice and serve steak with orzo salad.
