Chocolate Peanut Butter Puff Pastry

PASTRY
- 2 Sheets (1 - 17.3 oz package) puff pastry
- Nonstick Cooking Spray
FILLING
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 bar (3.17 ounce) dark chocolate bar, chopped
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
FROSTING
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoons whole milk (for desired consistency)
TO SERVE
- Dry roasted peanuts, crushed

Step 1
Install the Accessory Frame in the bottom level of the unit, then place the Pizza Stone on top. Turn left-hand dial to select BAKE, set temperature to 400°F and set time to 25 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10 minutes).

With nonstick cooking spray, grease an 8-inch round baking dish. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Open each sheet of puff pastry, evenly cover with prepared filling, and roll with the filling on the inside (lengthwise). Cut each roll into 4 pieces, then place in the prepared pan evenly spaced apart.

When the unit is preheated and ADD FOOD and PRS STRT is displayed, open door and place the dish on the preheated stone. Close door, select START/STOP, and cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

While the puff pastries are cooking, prepare the frosting. Combine all frosting ingredients in a large bowl.

When cooking is complete, open door and remove dish. Let pastries cool, then top with prepared frosting and garnish with peanuts.
