Dive into a dish that tastes like Fall with this warm, tasty chicken bowl. The cauliflower and hearty sweet potatoes make the perfect base for juicy, cooked-to-perfection chicken. But the star of this dish is sage–a classic Fall seasoning!
Tip: Not a goat cheese fan? Switch it up with cheddar or feta cheese.

Step 1
Place all Level 1 ingredients in the pot. Pull out the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray in the elevated position in the pot.
Step 2
Add diced sweet potatoes to a foil packet and drizzle with olive oil. Place on the Crisper Tray.
Step 3
Season the boneless skin-on chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and sage. Place on the Crisper Tray next to the sweet potatoes.

Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to RAPID COOKER. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 390°F, and set time for 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approximately 10 minutes before crisping).
Step 5
When cooking is complete, transfer chicken thighs and sweet potatoes to a plate. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the tray from the unit. Stir cauliflower. To assemble bowl, layer cauliflower rice, sweet potatoes, and chicken. Then, top with vinaigrette dressing drizzle and goat cheese.
