This brain-booster smoothie bowl features berries (for anthocyanins and antioxidants), nut butter and almond milk (for vitamin E), and avocado and chia garnish (for omega-3s)

For the Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk 
  • ½ avocado, skin and pit removed
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 ¼ cups Wyman’s Frozen Triple Berry blend
  • 1 small frozen banana, cut in ½-inch chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Suggested Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Wyman’s Triple Berry blend
  • Chopped nuts
  • Granola or high-fiber cereal

  • Step 1

    Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.  

  • Step 2

    Add ingredients to the pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid.  

  • Step 3

    Run on speed 10 until combined.  

  • Step 4

    Remove lid and stacked blade from pitcher after blending. 

  • Step 5

    Decorate with toppings of your choice and serve.
