Summer in a Glass Sorbet
This michelada-inspired sorbet has the perfect summer taste.

- 180ml canned Mexican beer
- 160ml water
- 120ml lime juice
- 50g granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup canned Mexican beer
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions while you cook!
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on HIGH for 60 seconds or until thoroughly combined.
Pour blended base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Let sit on counter for approx. 5 minutes or until carbonation has dissipated. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.
Once processing is complete, remove from pint and serve immediately.
