Strawberry Rhubarb Soda

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
SYRUP
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup rhubarb, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
SODA
- 2 tablespoons prepared strawberry rhubarb syrup, or more as desired
Utensils
- Small Saucepan
- Fine-Mesh Strainer

Step 1
Combine all SYRUP ingredients in a small pot, bring ingredients to a boil and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain syrup and allow to cool.

Step 2
Fill water reservoir with ice and water and place on dock and place a 6oz+ glass on the cup tray.

Step 3
Select HIGH FIZZ, and 6OZ SIZE. Press START to begin dispensing. When dispensing is complete, an audible sound will be heard.

Add strawberry rhubarb syrup to the Thirsti Sparkling Water and stir to combine.
