Strawberry Ice Cream Tips

If you’re ready to make this delicious cold treat, follow these quick tips to ensure the best results.

    • Taste test your strawberries – when berries are in season they tend to be sweeter, making the ice cream tastier. If your strawberries are more on the tart side, you might want to add a touch more sugar to taste.
    • Try the French Method – This fancy sounding term is the traditional way of measuring all of your ingredients before you start working with your recipe. In French, it’s referred to as mise en place.
  • Sanitze your Ninja CREAMi  – While we would all like to make ( and eat! ) ice cream everyday, that’s likely not the case in most households. When preparing for your strawberry ice cream, give your Ninja CREAMi a quick wipedown with wam water and soap ensuring there is no dust or residue. Here’s a quick video on cleaning your ice cream maker.
