Salmon Sliders

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 2 fresh premade salmon burgers (5-6 ounces each)
- 1 bag shredded slaw mix (16 oz)
- ¾ cup coleslaw dressing
- ½ cup seafood remoulade sauce
- 12 slider rolls

Step 1
Divide salmon patties into 12 total portions. Roll and flatten portions into miniature patties, about ½-inch thick.

Place crisper plate in the 4-quart container, then place salmon patties on top.

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 12 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

Meanwhile, add slaw and dressing to a large bowl, and mix to combine. Spread remoulade sauce on each bottom bun. Top bottom buns with dressed slaw as desired.

When cooking is complete, transfer salmon patties over the dressed bottom buns. Place the top half of each bun on the sliders and serve warm.
