- Nonstick Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

- 11" x 7" Baking Dish

Step 1
In large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder until combined. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate chips. Set batter aside.

Step 2
Remove the divider from the basket and insert both crisper plates. Coat an 11″ x 7″ baking dish with cooking spray then place inside the basket. Insert basket in unit.

Step 3
Select MEGAZONE, select BAKE, set temperature to 300F, and set time to 50 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating.

When the time reaches 40 minutes, press START/PAUSE to pause the unit. Remove basket and pour batter into the baking dish. Reinsert basket and press START/PAUSE to begin baking.

When baking is complete, remove baking dish and allow blondies to cool before cutting into 12 pieces.
