- 1 cup pretzel sticks, crushed
- 1 tablespoon spicy Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1/4 cup canola oil

Step 1
To install the grill grate, slide it into the front of the base so it hooks in, then press down on the back until it clicks into place. Install griddle on top of grill grate so it sits flat. Select BBQ GRIDDLE, set temperature to 400°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Close the hood and press the dial to begin preheating (preheating will take approximately 10 minutes).

In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, Montreal steak seasoning, and salt. Place the honey mustard in a separate medium bowl. Dip the chicken in the honey mustard and press into the pretzel mixture, evenly coating all sides.

When unit beeps to signal it has preheated, open hood and add canola oil to the griddle. Place chicken on griddle. Leave hood open to begin cooking. Cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.

After 6 minutes, close hood and continue to cook for 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher on an instant-read thermometer.

When cooking is complete, open hood, remove chicken from griddle, and serve.
