Phyllo Dumpling Pockets

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 pound Ground pork
- ½ Cup green cabbage, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Carrot, minced shredded
- ¼ cup Chive, chopped
- 3 Cloves garlic, peeled, minced
- ½ tablespoon Ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sweet chili sauce, plus extra to serve
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 sheets (14x9-inch) phyllo dough thawed, cut in 4-inch strips
- Vegetable oil, as needed

Step 1
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients except phyllo dough, and mix to combine.

Spread phyllo dough strips flat on a clean work surface, long side facing you, and lightly brush with vegetable oil. Place on heaving tablespoon of filling about 1/2-inch from the bottom of each strip. Fold one corner diagonally over filling to form a triangle, then keep folding the triangle over itself until you reach the top. Lightly brush with more oil to seal triangle Repeat with remaining sheets of dough, yielding approximately 14 dumplings.

Place crisper plate in the 4-quart container, then place half of the dumplings on the crisper plate.

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 10 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

Step 5
Once cooking is complete, remove dumplings and repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining dumplings. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
