PEEPS® Marshmallow Ice Cream
Use your favorite Spring treat, PEEPS® to make this decadent and delicious marshmallow ice cream.
Note: Use extreme caution when heating PEEPS® Marshmallow; they may be hot. Handle with care.

Cooking mode
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 cup whole milk
- 5 each PEEPS® Marshmallow Chicks or 4 each PEEPS® Marshmallow Bunnies, plus additional for serving
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 10 drops liquid food coloring, color of choice, or as desired (optional)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream

- Whisk

Step 1
In a small pot over medium heat, gently warm the milk, PEEPS® Marshmallow, and sugar until dissolved and ingredients are combined and smooth.

Step 2
Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour base into an empty CREAMi™ pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

When processing is complete, serve as desired topped with a PEEP® Marshmallow Chick or Bunny!
