Peach Jalapeno Salsa Chicken with Rice

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 4 thin sliced chicken breast cutlets (approx. 4 ounces each)
- ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
- 1 cup prepared peach salsa
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded, sliced thin
- ½ cup packages (8 ounces each) microwavable jasmine rice, prepared per package instructions
- queso fresco, crumbled

Step 1
Place crisper plate in the 4-quart container, then place chicken on top. Rub chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2
Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 25 minutes.

Step 3
When 5 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and top chicken with salsa and jalapeño. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking.

When cooking is complete, serve chicken over rice and top with queso fresco.
