Peach Jalapeno Salsa Chicken with Rice

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 4 thin sliced chicken breast cutlets (approx. 4 ounces each)
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 1 cup prepared peach salsa
  • 1 medium jalapeno, seeded, sliced thin
  • ½ cup packages (8 ounces each) microwavable jasmine rice, prepared per package instructions
  • queso fresco, crumbled
  • Step 1

    Place crisper plate in the 4-quart container, then place chicken on top. Rub chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 25 minutes.

  • Step 3

    When 5 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and top chicken with salsa and jalapeño. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, serve chicken over rice and top with queso fresco.
