Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

For Freezing

  • 1 1/2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1/3 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Pinch of salt

For Processing

  • Pour-in: equal parts tequila and orange juice

    Pour the grapefruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and salt into the Deluxe Pint up to the DRINKABLE FILL line.

  • Step 2

    Stir to combine mixture. Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint. Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select FROZEN DRINK.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, transfer the frozen paloma to a glass and serve immediately.
