Step 1
Place the Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick® 3-Quart Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add the butter and stir until melted and pan is coated.
Step 2
Add the garlic and shallot to the pan and stir occasionally until softened, about 1 minute. Add the onion and stir to combine, cooking for 3 minutes, until onions become translucent.
Step 3
Add the chicken broth, milk, salt, and pepperand stir to combine. Then add the pasta and stir to combine, ensuring the liquid is covering the pasta.

Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil. Then,immediately reduce heat to medium-low and bring to a simmer. Simmer forminutes, stirring occasionallytoensurepasta does not stick together.

Add Parmesan cheese to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your liking, adding additional milk as necessary to thin sauce.
