Mott’s Apple Pie Ice Cream
Elevate your holiday dessert with this tasty recipe for Apple Pie Ice Cream, made in the Ninja™ CREAMi™ with Mott’s®️ Applesauce. Try it on its own, or as a scoop on top of your favorite pie!
NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the ice cream may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more if not adding mix-ins.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup Mott’s®️ Applesauce
- 3/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, vanilla, light brown sugar, and apple pie spice. Whisk until well combined and the base looks like frosting. Add milk and Mott’s®️ Applesauce then whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Lastly, add the heavy cream and whisk.

Step 2
Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer Paddle onto out bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
