Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

TIP: Top with fresh fruit, nuts, granola, and seeds, such as: sliced banana, fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, granola, and/or chia seeds.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • milk of choice, to 10-ounce fill line
  • frozen mixed berries, to 34-ounce fill line
  • yogurt, super-food powder, protein powder, and/or nut butter, as desired

Toppings, as desired

  • Sliced banana
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Chia Seeds

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Install blade assembly in 34-ounce Pitcher. Pour milk or milk alternative into the pitcher, filling to the LIQUID FILL line. For 1 serving, use the 8-ounce fill line, or for 2 servings, use the 10-ounce fill line.

  • Step 2

    Add FROZEN mixed berries, directly from freezer. For 1 serving, use the 16-ounce fill line, or for 2 servings, use the 34-ounce fill line.

  • Step 3

    Amplify your base by adding 1 scoop of yogurt, super-food powder, protein powder, and/or nut butter.

  • Step 4

    Install the lid on the pitcher and then install the pitcher on the motor base. Select BOWL to begin blending. Twist the built-in tamper counterclockwise continuously while processing. For best results, twist the built-in tamper during the entire program time.

  • Step 5

    Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, nuts, granola, and seeds, as desired.
