Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 6 ounces (¾ cup) freshly brewed coffee
  • 5 ounces whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Step 1

    Fill water reservoir, bean hopper, and install luxe basket into portafilter. Then install portafilter into grind outlet.

  • Step 2

    Turn center dial until CLASSIC program is illuminated, adjust grind size then press START GRIND.

  • Step 3

    Tamp the grinds and install portafilter into grouphead.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 tablespoon of maple to a 6-ounce cup, then place cup on drip tray or adjustable tray. Press the center dial to START BREW.

  • Step 5

    Add milk to jug, place on steam plate with wand inside.

  • Step 6

    Turn froth dial until THIN FROTH is illuminated. Press the milk type button until DAIRY is illuminated. Press froth dial to begin frothing.

  • Step 7

    Pour frothed milk over brewed coffee and serve.
