Lobster Tails & Asparagus

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 4 medium lobster tails (4-6 ounces each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 3.5oz Kosher salt, as desired
  • 3.5oz Ground black pepper, as desired
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, cut in ½ inch cubes
  • 3.5oz Fresh chopped parsley, as desired
  • Step 1

    Place asparagus in an even layer in the 4-quart container. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Place lobster tails over asparagus, shell side up. Evenly place pads of butter over lobster tails.

  • Step 2

    Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

  • Step 3

    Cooking is complete when internal temperature of lobster reaches at least 135°F on and instant-read thermometer. Add additional cooking time if needed. Serve hot, spooning melted butter over lobster flesh, and garnishing with chopped parsley.
