This is a fun and delicious take on a classic Italian dish, lasagna, but in soup form! This soup is a cozy hug in a bowl filled with all your favorite parts of a classic lasagna. It’s a great meal to prep for the week’s lunches or to serve your family for a quick, no fuss dish everyone will love.

TIP: Feel free to make this with ground beef in place of turkey. It can also be made vegetarian using plant-based ground meat.

TIP: Once cooking is complete, the pasta will continue to absorb the broth. Add up to 2 cups of additional broth or water after cooking to maintain a soupy consistency.
