  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 premade graham cracker crust 
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice 

Cooking mode

  • Step 1

    Place condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice and zest, and vanilla extract into the blender pitcher in the order listed.

  • Step 2

    Select BLEND then HIGH and run for 60 seconds. Scrape down the sides and repeat as needed until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Pour the pie filling into the graham cracker crust. 

  • Step 4

    Place the pie in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 hours until it is well set.
