- ¾ cup Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon yellow mustard powder
- Pinch of allspice
- Pinch of ground cloves

Step 1
With the vessel installed onto the motor base, add ingredients in the order listed. Secure the lid.

Turn the unit on by pressing the power button, then press the Start/Stop button for 30-second blend mode.

When blending is complete, press the power button to turn the unit off. Serve as a dip with your favorite foods.
