Three Medium Bowls
Step 1
Pour the water into the pot. Place the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place it in the pot.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, season the broccoli with salt and pepper. Transfer the broccoli to the rack in the pot.
Step 3
Prepare the Level 3 ingredients: Cover the top layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack with a sheet of aluminum foil, then slide it through the lower layer’s handles and spray with cooking spray.
Step 4
Prepare a dredging station by placing the flour in a medium bowl. Crack the eggs into a separate medium bowl and whisk. In a third medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
Step 5
Dredge the fish sticks in the flour, shaking off any excess flour. Dip each fish stick in the eggs, then in the bread crumb mixture, evenly coating all sides. Place the fish sticks on the foil on the rack.
Step 6
Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set the temperature to 390°F, and set the time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for about 20 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).
Step 7
After 7 minutes, open the lid and flip the fish sticks. Close the lid to continue cooking.
Step 8
When cooking is complete, carefully remove the entire rack. Serve the fish sticks with the steamed broccoli.
