For Freezing

  • 1 3/4 cups guava nectar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 pineapple, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup

For Processing

  • Pour-in: equal parts triple sec and dark rum

    Pour all the juices, pineapple chunks and simple syrup into an empty CREAMi® Deluxe Pint up to the DRINKABLE FILL line.

  • Step 2

    Stir to combine mixture. Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint. Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select SLUSHI.

    When processing is complete, transfer the guava slush to a glass and serve immediately.
