Grilled Chicken Breast
Cook up the juiciest grilled chicken breasts on your Ninja Grill with a simple salad dressing marinade and chicken rub. You can substitute the balsamic vinaigrette with any vinegar-based salad dressing or marinade. Recipe by Christie Vanover, Pitmaster at GirlsCanGrill.com.
TIP: When measuring the internal temperature of the chicken, place your instant read thermometer in through the side of the breast into the thickest part.
NOTE: The grill time is set to more time than is needed, so the grill doesn’t turn off, just in case the cook time takes a minute or so longer than expected.
