  • 4 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 16 ounces pre-made pizza dough
  • 4 ounces low-moisture mozzarella, sliced or shredded
  • ¼ cup red onions, sliced
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, for topping

  • Small Bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Step 1

In a small bowl, combine chicken with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce and toss

  • Step 2

Roll out pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using a rolling pin. Prick the dough with a fork before adding topping to prevent it from bubbling up too much. Layer the BBQ sauce, cheese, chicken, and onions onto the dough.

  • Step 3

To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits in place.

  • Step 4

Turn dial to GRILL. Press WOODFIRE FLAVOR. Set temperature to HI, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10–12 minutes).

  • Step 5

When the unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and spray the grill grate with cooking spray. Using a spatula, transfer the pizza to the grill, then close hood to begin cooking.

  • Step 6

When cooking is complete, open hood, and remove pizza. Top with cilantro and serve.
