Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza
A grilled pizza adds that woodfire taste we all love without needing to have your own pizza oven. The woodfire flavor takes the classic BBQ chicken pizza to another level–you’ll never eat it any other way!
Tip: Add a sprinkle of cornmill to the dough for a crunchy outer layer.

Cooking mode

- 4 ounces shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 tablespoons + 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 16 ounces pre-made pizza dough
- 4 ounces low-moisture mozzarella, sliced or shredded
- ¼ cup red onions, sliced
- Nonstick cooking spray
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, for topping

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine chicken with 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce and toss.

Roll out pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using a rolling pin. Prick the dough with a fork before adding topping to prevent it from bubbling up too much. Layer the BBQ sauce, cheese, chicken, and onions onto the dough.

To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits in place.

Turn dial to GRILL. Press WOODFIRE FLAVOR. Set temperature to HI, and set time to 12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10–12 minutes).

When the unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and spray the grill grate with cooking spray. Using a spatula, transfer the pizza to the grill, then close hood to begin cooking.

When cooking is complete, open hood, and remove pizza. Top with cilantro and serve.
