Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4 ounces each)
  • ¼ cup green goddess dressing, plus additional for serving
  • 1 cup cauliflower, cut in ½-inch florets
  • ½ medium zucchini, cut in ½-inch discs
  • ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired

  • Feta cheese crumbles
  • Scallion, sliced thin
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Step 1

    Place crisper plate in the 6-cup small batch container. Place chicken thighs on plate and evenly coat all sides with green goddess dressing.

  • Step 2

    Cover container with lid and place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes, or up to 16 hours.

  • Step 3

    When ready to cook, arrange cauliflower and zucchini next to chicken on crisper plate. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Attach CRISPi Power Pod to container, press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

  • Step 5

    When 5 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently turn chicken to ensure even cooking. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking. Add additional time if needed.

  • Step 6

    When cooking is complete, serve immediately, topping as desired.
