Green Goddess Chicken & Veggies

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (4 ounces each)
- ¼ cup green goddess dressing, plus additional for serving
- 1 cup cauliflower, cut in ½-inch florets
- ½ medium zucchini, cut in ½-inch discs
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt, as desired
- Ground black pepper, as desired
Toppings (optional)
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Scallion, sliced thin
- Fresh chopped parsley

Step 1
Place crisper plate in the 6-cup small batch container. Place chicken thighs on plate and evenly coat all sides with green goddess dressing.

Cover container with lid and place in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes, or up to 16 hours.

When ready to cook, arrange cauliflower and zucchini next to chicken on crisper plate. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Attach CRISPi Power Pod to container, press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 15 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

When 5 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod and use silicone-tipped tongs to gently turn chicken to ensure even cooking. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking. Add additional time if needed.

When cooking is complete, serve immediately, topping as desired.
