For Freezing

  • 2 cups rice milk
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For Processing

  • Pour-in: whole milk

    Pour the rice milk, simple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Pint up to the DRINKABLE FILL line.

  • Step 2

    Stir mixture until combined. Place storage lid on Deluxe Pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove Deluxe Pint from freezer and remove lid from Deluxe Pint. Add pour-in to the MAX FILL line. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

    Select FULL, then use the dial to select FROZEN DRINK.

    When processing is complete, transfer the frozen Horchata to a glass and serve immediately.
